The College Gems is a media brand for college students covering everything students are expected to know but were never actually taught.
Founded by Jordan, a former higher education professional and early career recruiter, who has worked across multiple universities and in the corporate world, supporting hundreds of students through everything from orientation and student leadership to career planning and internship programs.
Our content resonates because it’s built on both professional expertise and firsthand insight, making us a credible, trusted voice in the college space. Whether we’re creating study strategies, simplifying dorm life, or helping students prepare for internships and first jobs, everything we do is rooted in one goal: giving students the information to succeed in college (and beyond), so they don’t have to figure it out the hard way.
